Making a Payment
The City of Orland offers several convenient methods for submitting payments to accommodate the needs of our residents and customers.
In-Person Payments:
City Hall is open to the public Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During these hours, payments can be made in person at the front counter using cash, check, or debit/credit card.
Online Payments:
For your convenience, credit and debit card payments may also be submitted online through our secure payment portals, which are accessible via the links provided below. This option allows you to make payments at any time, from the comfort of your home or office.

If you have any questions regarding payment methods or procedures, please do not hesitate to contact City Hall at (530) 865-1600. Our staff will be happy to assist you. However, please be advised that we are unable to accept payments over the phone.
